Scope one week
A written proposal with the exact deliverable, a measurable outcome, the pilot timeline, and a fixed price. If the scope grows, we rewrite the proposal with a new price before any more work happens. You sign one page or you don't.
Build 2–4 weeks
The pilot goes live with real data in your environment. We ship weekly, with feedback loops open to your operators from day one. Progress lands in small pieces you can pressure-test as they arrive.
Operate ongoing
We keep running the platform after it's live — monitoring, on-call, incident response, weekly reviews, and roadmap. You operate the business; we operate the software.
