A written proposal with the exact deliverable, a measurable outcome, the pilot timeline, and a fixed price. If the scope grows, we rewrite the proposal with a new price before any more work happens. You sign one page or you don’t.
The pilot goes live with real data in your environment. We ship weekly, with feedback loops open to your operators and engineers from day one. Progress is visible in small pieces you can pressure-test as they land.
We keep running the platform after it’s live — monitoring, on-call, incident response, weekly reviews, and roadmap. You operate the business; we operate the software.
Engagement model
Websites, CMS, CRM, staff, compliance, reviews — the system of record your group should already have. Priced by venue count, billed monthly.
When the platform doesn’t cover it. Forecasting, dashboards, internal tools, workflow automation, custom integrations. Fixed price against a written scope.
Ongoing operation of the platform and any custom builds. Monitoring, on-call, incident response, change requests, and a weekly review. Priced as a monthly retainer per environment.
